For the non golfer attractions in the immediate area include, miles of unspoilt beaches, the Bass Rock bird sanctuary, boat trips, the Scottish Seabird Centre, Tantallon and Dirleton Castles as well as slightly further afield East Fortune Museum of Flight, the home of Concorde and the Glenkinchie Whisky distillery. The village has an excellent range of local amenities with delicatessen, butcher, supermarket, greengrocer, restaurants and bars all within a five minute walk of the apartment. Gullane also boasts excellent children's facilities with a 6 hole mini golf course and play area on the village green.
